The role

What you'll do

Full management of the accounts receivable portfolio, including invoice tracking, due date control, and collection of overdue payments.
Coordination and supervision of a team of two people, ensuring the quality and compliance of processes in the area.
Resolution of billing issues and management of customer claims.
Coordination with the Commercial, Finance, and Logistics departments to ensure proper operational management.
Monitoring and management of electronic invoicing platforms.
Preparation of periodic reports on debt, DSO, and key KPIs for the area.
Active participation in process improvement projects and technological transformation related to SAP S/4HANA.
Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and current regulations.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or similar.
More than 5 years of experience in accounts receivable, credit, or customer finance functions.
Previous experience in the pharmaceutical sector or in environments with complex distribution channels.
Experience in team coordination or management.
Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA (essential).
Advanced level in Excel and reporting tools.
Leadership, organizational, and process improvement skills.
Communication skills and management of internal and external stakeholders.
English level B2.
