Internship in Risk, Internal Control and Internal Audit (f/M/X)

What is the purpose of this internship?

At ITP Aero we are looking to bring an Intern into our Risk, Internal Control and Internal Audit Department to provide support in the identification, assessment and monitoring of corporate risks and to collaborate on the internal control system and internal audit planning.

 This project is for you if…

 What training will you receive to carry out the work?

You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team that is strategic for the company, and you will be able to see first-hand how the risk, internal control and audit functions actually operate within an industrial group.

You will be trained in:

- Corporate risk management methodology (ERM) and its annual cycle

- The COSO internal control framework and its practical application (SCIIF)

- Fundamentals of internal audit planning and execution

- Preparing reporting, dashboards and presentations for management

 What profile are we looking for?

• Education: Student in the final year of a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Law or similar
• Required experience: No prior experience required; an interest in risk, internal control or auditing will be valued
• Required knowledge:

- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint at a user level

- Interest in risk management methodologies (basic knowledge of COSO / ISO 31000, mastery is not required)

- Analytical skills and ability to organize information

• Languages: English C1
• Soft Skills:

- Proactivity and willingness to learn

- Attention to detail and structured thinking

- Good communication skills and ability to work with different areas

- Knowledge of Power BI is a plus (not a requirement)

• Study allowance: paid internship

Internship conditions

• Schedule: full-time availability will be valued; if that is not possible, part-time will be considered
• Internship period: preferably from September 2026 to June 2027

Who will I work with? (Within my team and in collaboration with other areas.)

You will provide services to ITP Aero from its Alcobendas headquarters, working alongside professionals with extensive experience in the sector at a leading company in aeronautical engines and components that ranks among the top companies in the global aerospace industry.

You will work closely with the Risk, Internal Control and Audit team, with fluid communication with the various areas of the group (Finance, Operations, Compliance, HR, Procurement, among others).

¿Cuál es el objetivo de esta beca?

En ITP Aero buscamos incorporar a nuestro Departamento de Riesgos, Control Interno y Auditoría Interna un Becario/a para dar soporte en la identificación, evaluación y seguimiento de riesgos corporativos y colaborar en el sistema de control interno y en la planificación de auditorías internas.

 ¿Qué formación vas a recibir para poder llevar a cabo el trabajo?

Trabajarás de la mano de un equipo multidisciplinar estratégico para la compañía, y podrás conocer de primera mano el funcionamiento real de las funciones de riesgos, control interno y auditoría en un grupo industrial.

Se te formará en:

- Metodología de gestión de riesgos corporativa (ERM) y su ciclo anual

- Marco de control interno COSO y su aplicación práctica (SCIIF)

- Fundamentos de planificación y ejecución de auditoría interna

- Elaboración de reporting, dashboards y presentaciones para dirección

 ¿Qué perfil estamos buscando?

• Formación: Estudiante últimos curso de  ADE, Economía, Ingeniería, Derecho o similar 
• Experiencia requerida: No se requiere experiencia previa; se valorará interés por riesgos, control interno o auditoría
• Conocimientos necesarios:

- Manejo de Excel y PowerPoint a nivel usuario

- Interés por metodologías de gestión de riesgos (nociones básicas de COSO / ISO 31000, no se requiere dominio)

- Capacidad de análisis y organización de información

• Idiomas: Inglés C1
• Soft Skills:

- Proactividad y ganas de aprender

- Atención al detalle y pensamiento estructurado

- Buena comunicación y capacidad de trabajar con distintas áreas

- Valorable (no excluyente) conocimiento de Power BI

• Ayuda a estudios. beca remunerada

Condiciones de la beca

• Horario: se valorará la posibilidad de  horario full-time , en el caso de que no sea posible se optará por la posibilidad de part-time
• Período de beca: preferiblemente de Sept de 2026 a Junio de 2027

• Para poder optar a la beca es necesario contar con convenio con un entidad educativa, es decir es necesario contar con la condición de estudiante de una titulación oficlal

Darás servicio a ITP Aero desde su sede de Alcobendas, de la mano de profesionales con dilatada experiencia en el sector en una empresa líder en motores y componentes aeronáuticos que se sitúa entre las primeras compañías de la industria aeronáutica global.

Trabajarás estrechamente con el equipo de Riesgos, Control Interno y Auditoría, con interlocución fluida con las distintas áreas del grupo (Finanzas, Operaciones, Compliance, RRHH, Compras, entre otras).
