Warehouse Technician

What will your duties be?

- Receive materials from suppliers and verify quantities, references, and condition.

- Manage incoming and outgoing materials, ensuring traceability of all movements.

- Label and store materials according to established criteria.

- Correctly record receipts, delivery notes, and material movements in the ERP.

- Prepare and supply the necessary materials to the different company departments.

- Keep the warehouse tidy, clean, and properly organized.

- Manage periodic inventories and control possible stock discrepancies.

- Ensure that the information recorded in the system is accurate, up-to-date, and reliable.

- Knowledge of stock and inventory management.

Quines seran les teves funcions?

- Recepcionar els materials dels proveïdors i verificar-ne les quantitats, referències i l'estat.

- Gestionar les entrades i sortides de material, assegurant la traçabilitat de tots els moviments.

- Etiquetar i ubicar els materials seguint els criteris establerts.

- Registrar correctament les recepcions, els albarans i els moviments de material a l'ERP.

- Preparar i subministrar el material necessari als diferents departaments de l'empresa.

- Mantenir el magatzem ordenat, net i correctament organitzat.

- Gestionar els inventaris periòdics i controlar les possibles diferències d'estoc.

- Vetllar perquè la informació registrada al sistema sigui precisa, actualitzada i fiable.
