Electromechanical Maintenance Technician

From Skilled Marlex we collaborate with an industrial company that is looking to hire an Electrical Maintenance Technician to strengthen the plant maintenance team.

The selected candidate will be responsible for carrying out electrical maintenance activities, both preventive and corrective, on production facilities and equipment, with the aim of ensuring their proper operation, maximum availability, and compliance with safety conditions.

• Performing preventive and corrective electrical maintenance tasks on the plant, facilities, and production equipment.

• Diagnosing and resolving electrical faults on production lines, with the ability to analyze and diagnose PLCs.

• Performing scheduled preventive electrical and electromechanical maintenance (cleaning equipment, inspecting components, replacing filters, among others).

• Daily recording of interventions carried out in the maintenance management system (CMMS).

• Introduction to the warehouse management system for spare parts used during interventions.

• Monitoring the condition of equipment and reporting incidents or potential improvements.

• Participating in meetings and initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and safety of facilities (SCRA, Cedac, AGA M3 meetings).

• Active participation in the implementation of continuous improvement methodologies such as 5S (sort, set in order, shine, standardize, sustain).

• Maintaining order, cleanliness, and safety in the workplace.

• Vocational training (FP II) or higher degree (CFGS) in Electrical, Electromechanical studies or similar, or at least 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance.

• Ability to interpret electrical schematics and specifications.

• Knowledge of industrial refrigeration.

• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanics.

• Intermediate to advanced computer skills, especially Excel.

• Joining a stable project within a consolidated industrial company.

• Technical environment with production equipment and industrial processes.

• Participation in continuous improvement and process optimization projects.

• Integration into a maintenance team with a structured working methodology.

• Schedule: central shift + on-call duties, one week per month.

Des de Skilled Marlex col·laborem amb una empresa industrial que cerca incorporar un/a Tècnic/a de Manteniment Elèctric per reforçar l'equip de manteniment de planta.

La persona seleccionada s'encarregarà d'executar les activitats de manteniment elèctric, tant preventiu com correctiu, de les instal·lacions i equips productius, amb l'objectiu de garantir el seu correcte funcionament, la màxima disponibilitat i el compliment de les condicions de seguretat.

• Execució de les tasques de manteniment elèctric preventiu i correctiu de la planta, instal·lacions i equips productius.

• Diagnosi i resolució d'avaries elèctriques en línies de producció, amb capacitat d'anàlisi i diagnòstic de PLC.

• Realització de manteniments preventius elèctrics i electromecànics programats (neteja d'equips, revisió de components, substitució de filtres, entre altres).

• Registre diari de les intervencions realitzades al sistema de gestió de manteniment (GMAO).

• Introducció al sistema de gestió de magatzem dels recanvis utilitzats durant les intervencions.

• Seguiment de l'estat dels equips i comunicació d'incidències o possibles millores.

• Participació en reunions i iniciatives orientades a la millora de l'eficiència i la seguretat de les instal·lacions (SCRA, Cedac, reunions AGA M3).

• Participació activa en la implementació de metodologies de millora contínua com les 5S (ordre, neteja i identificació).

• Manteniment de l'ordre, la neteja i la seguretat en el lloc de treball.

• FP II o CFGS en Electricitat, Electromecànica o similar, o bé mínim 3 anys d'experiència en manteniment industrial.

• Capacitat per interpretar esquemes i característiques elèctriques.

• Coneixements de fred industrial.

• Coneixements d'hidràulica, pneumàtica i mecànica.

• Coneixements d'ofimàtica a nivell mitjà-alt, especialment Excel.

• Incorporació a un projecte estable dins empresa industrial consolidada.

• Entorn tècnic amb equips productius i processos industrials.

• Participació en projectes de millora contínua i optimització de processos.

• Integració en un equip de manteniment amb estructura i metodologia de treball.

• Horari: torn central + guàrdies, una setmana al mes.
