Requirements

What we're looking for

Higher Level Vocational Training in Industrial Maintenance, Electricity/Electronics, Automation, or similar; or Intermediate Level Vocational Training with at least 3 years of accumulated experience.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial machinery maintenance (preferably in the cosmetics, perfumery, food, pharma, or similar sectors).
Flexibility and availability to work in the two production shifts.
An organized, proactive, and results-oriented person. Someone who has analytical capacity for problem identification and resolution.

Nice to have

Knowledge of Office Suite, CMMS.
Knowledge of Tia Portal.
Previous experience in the maintenance and repair of packaging machines.
Knowledge of GMP regulations in the cosmetics sector.

The role

For our plant, located in Sant Just Desvern, we are looking for an Electromechanical Maintenance Operator.

What you'll do

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for:

Performing corrective/preventive maintenance on production machinery (reactors and packaging lines). Said maintenance includes tasks in mechanics, electronics, instrumentation, assembly, electricity, pneumatics, and programming.
Performing maintenance of the facilities.
Investigating and making improvement proposals, together with the area management, to carry out action plans linked to the productivity, performance, and safety of the equipment.
Reporting and entering the results of the maintenance operations performed into the CMMS.
Complying with safety regulations and operating procedures.

How you'll work

Shift work (4 weeks on afternoon shift from 13:45-21:45h, 1 week on morning shift from 6:00-14:00 h.)
Intensive working day on Fridays (Morning shift: from 6:00-13:00 h., afternoon shift: 12:45-19:45h).
