Commercial Technician - Business Acquisition and Labor Inclusion

What do we need from you?

· Previous experience in commercial positions, prospecting, client acquisition, job placement intermediation, or similar roles.

· Basic knowledge of the commercial field and a focus on acquiring and generating new opportunities is required.

· Strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build trusting relationships.

· Self-sufficient, organized, proactive, and results-oriented individual.

· Ability to work in person and make company visits.

· Knowledge of office tools and experience with CRM will be valued.

· Experience in conducting commercial visits and developing business in the field will be especially valued.

· A degree in Business Administration (ADE), Marketing, Psychology, Labor Relations, or a similar field will be valued, although commercial experience and skills will carry more weight.

· Catalan and Spanish.

What will your mission be in the company?

· Identify, contact, and visit companies in the area.

· Present the entity's services and programs.

· Detect staffing needs and job placement opportunities.

· Generate, expand, and maintain a portfolio of partner companies.

· Manage job offers and coordinate with the job placement technical team.

· Conduct commercial prospecting and attract new partner companies.

· Participate in fairs, conferences, networking events, and various awareness-raising activities.

· Build trusting relationships with companies and local stakeholders.

· Follow up on commercial activities and prepare activity reports.

· Contribute to raising awareness and promoting labor inclusion.
