Labor Market Prospector

More than a closed list of requirements, we are looking for a person who possesses the necessary tools and aptitudes to succeed in this position:

• 🎓 Studies and training: Intermediate/Higher Degree qualification in the social field.

• 💼 Previous experience: At least 1 year of experience in labor market prospecting or labor intermediation. (So that you possess the necessary fluency and autonomy in telephone prospecting and company relations from day one).

• 🗣️ Languages: Fluent command of Spanish and Catalan. (Essential to interact with agility and professionalism with companies and institutions in Catalonia).

• 🧠 Key competencies: Excellent communication skills, customer orientation, and resilience. (Your workday will require persuasion skills, empathy, and a results-oriented approach).

• 💻 Office automation: Fluent handling of IT tools and data management.

Missions with Purpose and Impact: What will your role be?

In your day-to-day, you will be the engine of labor opportunities within the business fabric:

• 📞 Prospect and identify companies from various sectors through telephone contact and direct searching to detect their hiring needs and generate long-term alliances.

• 🤝 Present our subsidized training programs to companies, conveying the value of collaboration and opening pathways for internship agreements and hiring.

• 🔎 Detect professional profiles in demand by the market to coordinate with our labor orientation team and facilitate the ideal match between candidate and company.

• 📈 Generate and build loyalty with a solid network of collaborating companies, performing close follow-up of each contact and recording information in our internal tools.

• ✨ Accompany insertion processes, ensuring the correct development of agreements and measuring the real impact of training actions.
