What we're looking for

Previous experience in quality control
Dimensional control of first samples, production series, machined components, welded, folded...
Proficiency with measuring instruments.
Ability to interpret technical drawings, tolerances, and measurement results.
Knowledge of destructive and non-destructive testing.
Knowledge of calibration and maintenance of measurement and instrumentation equipment.
Knowledge of the ISO 9001 standard.

The role

We are looking for a Quality Technician /a to join the Quality department of a company in the metallurgical sector IN MARTORELLES, where you will be able to develop your knowledge in dimensional inspection, component control and verification of quality standards in production processes.

What you'll do

Carrying out dimensional controls of first samples and production series.
Inspection and verification of machined, welded, and folded components.
Interpretation of technical drawings, tolerances, and manufacturing specifications.
Analysis and interpretation of measurement results and detection of possible deviations.
Identification and communication of non-conformities, collaborating in their follow-up.
Verification of compliance with established quality requirements.
Collaboration in the calibration, verification, and maintenance processes of measurement and instrumentation equipment.
Application of knowledge regarding destructive and non-destructive testing.
Follow-up of the quality management system procedures in accordance with the ISO 9001 standard.
Recording of results and completion of the documentation corresponding to the controls performed.
