The role

At Marlex Professionals, we collaborate with an industrial sector company located in Santa Perpètua de Mogoda, which is looking to incorporate a Customer Service Representative to manage technical and commercial projects related to installed machinery and offer specialized service to clients.

What you'll do

You will be the main interlocutor for clients, managing their technical and commercial needs, coordinating machinery improvement and modification projects, and identifying new business opportunities.

Manage client inquiries, incidents, and needs.
Coordinate machinery modification, improvement, and upgrade projects, assessing their technical and economic viability.
Prepare and follow up on technical and economic offers.
Lead meetings with clients and offer technical and commercial advice.
Identify business opportunities through the promotion of products and services.
Coordinate with different internal departments to ensure the proper development of projects.
Manage spare parts requests and associated services.
Monitor client satisfaction and propose improvements in work processes.

How you'll work

No availability to travel is required.
Flexible schedule: from Monday to Thursday, entry between 7:00 h and 7:45 h and exit between 16:30 h and 17:15 h. Fridays, exit between 13:00 h and 13:45 h.
