Requirements

What we're looking for

· Higher Degree training in Industrial Electricity, Industrial Electronics, or similar.

· Previous experience in electrical maintenance in an industrial environment.

· Knowledge of PLC (connection, program visualization, signal identification).

· Knowledge of industrial communications (Profinet, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, Modbus, CANbus).

· Experience working with Low Voltage regulations and machinery safety.

· Diagnostic capability, autonomy, and an orientation toward incident resolution.

· Responsible, organized person with a good capacity for teamwork.

· Availability to work the 5th shift.

At Marlex People we are collaborating with a leading company in its sector, in the search for an Industrial Electrician for its plant in Sant Celoni.

What you'll do

· Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive electrical maintenance of industrial machinery.

· Interpret electrical blueprints and diagrams (power, control, and PLC).

· Install, maintain, and diagnose electric motors (direct online, star-delta, soft starters, and frequency drives).

· Parameterize and inspect frequency drives, identifying alarms and faults.

· Verify, calibrate, and replace sensors and actuators (temperature, pressure, level, and position).

· Execute industrial wiring work and maintenance of low-voltage power and control panels.

· Diagnose electrical breakdowns and locate faults in input and output signals.

· Use electrical measurement equipment (multimeter, clamp meter, megohmmeter, voltage testers, network analyzers).

· Provide support in HMI/SCADA systems, interpreting alarms and machine states.

· Participate in commissioning and adjustments of operating parameters.

· Comply with electrical safety procedures and current regulations (LOTO/LOTUS).
