Electromechanical Technician

At Marlex, we are collaborating with a major company dedicated to the manufacturing and commercialization of cellulose products for clients across various sectors worldwide, which currently needs to add an Electromechanical Technician to its team for its facility located in the Alt Penedès area.

Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, the selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment, in both the electrical and mechanical areas.
• Planning and executing routine maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns.
• Detecting, analyzing, and resolving faults that may arise, implementing effective solutions to ensure continuous production operations, minimizing downtime, and maintaining safety standards.
• Managing the commissioning, installation, and setup of new machinery as needed, in compliance with technical specifications and current regulations.
• Carrying out necessary adjustments and recalibrations on machinery to optimize its performance.
• Performing precise diagnostics, adjusting parameters, and replacing necessary components to maintain the efficiency and quality of production processes.
