From Marlex People, we are collaborating with a major company dedicated to the manufacturing and marketing of cellulose products for clients across various sectors worldwide, which currently needs to add an Industrial Maintenance Electrician/Technician to its team for its facility located in the Alt Penedès area.
· Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and industrial equipment in the electrical area.
· Planning and executing routine maintenance tasks to prevent issues.
· Detecting, analyzing, and resolving breakdowns that may occur, implementing effective solutions to ensure continuous production operation, minimizing downtime, and maintaining safety and quality standards.
· Managing the commissioning, assembly, and installation of new machinery when necessary, in compliance with current technical specifications and regulations.
· Carrying out necessary adjustments and recalibrations on machinery to optimize its performance.
· Performing precise diagnostics, adjusting parameters, and replacing necessary components to maintain the efficiency
and quality of production processes.
· Working hours from Monday to Friday with a rotating shift pattern of M-A-N (2 weeks morning, 1 week afternoon, and 1 week night) and one weekend per month on call.
· You have training related to electrical maintenance.
· You have knowledge of electricity and electronics.
· You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
· You demonstrate the ability to make decisions autonomously, skills for teamwork, and you have a proactive
and collaborative attitude.
· You have your own vehicle to get to the workplace.
· You are a person with a strong commitment to quality and safety.
