You have a Vocational Training qualification at an intermediate or advanced level in Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, Electricity, Mechatronics, or a similar field.
You bring proven experience as an Electromechanical Maintenance Technician in industrial environments.
You have a solid foundation in both mechanical and electrical disciplines.
You have knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, industrial electricity, and automation.
You positively value experience working with Siemens PLCs, variable frequency drives, and automated production lines.

The role

From Marlex, we are working with an important company in the food sector, located in Sonseca (Toledo), which is currently looking for a Senior Electromechanical Maintenance Technician to join its technical team.

What you'll do

Ensure the proper operation of machinery and industrial facilities, guaranteeing maximum availability of production lines.
Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on equipment and facilities.
Diagnosing and resolving mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic breakdowns.
Intervene on automated production machinery, identifying issues and proposing technical solutions.
Carry out adjustments, format changes, and commissioning of production equipment.
Collaborate in the assembly, installation, and start-up of new machinery and facilities.
Actively participate in the continuous improvement of maintenance processes, proposing actions that increase equipment reliability and efficiency.
Interpret electrical and mechanical drawings and technical documentation to resolve issues.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and food safety standards during all interventions.
Collaborate closely with the Production and Engineering departments to minimize downtime and optimize facility performance.
