IT Technician

• Training in Higher Vocational Training (CFGS) in Networked Computer Systems Administration (ASIR), Telecommunications Systems and Computing, Degree in Computer Engineering or similar.
• Approximately 1-2 years of experience in IT support, microcomputing, or plant support.
• Knowledge of networks, microcomputing, and WiFi.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 tools.
• Valuable experience or knowledge in ERP, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Valuable knowledge of SQL databases.
• Previous experience in production or industrial environments will be valued.
• English B2, valuable.

• Adaptability and user orientation.

• Provide on-site IT support to plant users.
• Resolve incidents related to microcomputing, networks, communications, and telephony.
• Provide support in the configuration and use of computer equipment and systems.
• Manage incidents related to Windows, Office 365, peripherals, and user workstations.
• Provide functional support to users in the use of corporate systems.
• Participate in the implementation of new functionalities and system improvements.
• Provide training and guidance to users when necessary.
• Collaborate with the different departments of the plant to identify needs and propose improvements related to information systems.
• Provide support to both office staff and the plant's production areas, moving to production zones when necessary.
• Maintain constant communication with the Production, Maintenance, Quality, Sales, and Management teams.
