The role

At Paul Marlex, we collaborate with a leading industrial company with a strong national presence and a key role in the circular economy, which is currently looking to hire an HSE Manager (Plant and Projects).

We are looking for a profile with solid experience in industrial environments and/or construction, with a clear focus on operational safety, capable of leading a preventive culture and ensuring regulatory compliance in both plant and project settings.

What you'll do

Lead the management of Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP) and HSE in the plant and construction projects.
Coordinate preventive activities with external prevention services, mutual insurance companies, contractors, and external entities.
Supervise safety conditions both in the plant and on construction sites (civil, residential, and industrial).
Review and validate preventive documentation: risk assessments, safety plans, procedures, and emergency plans.
Ensure compliance with current regulations on safety, health, and the environment.
Coordinate business activities (CBA) with contractors and subcontractors.
Investigate accidents and incidents, defining and driving action plans.
Promote a safety culture at all levels of the organization.
Monitor safety, quality, and operational efficiency indicators.
Collaborate with production in detecting and correcting deviations.
Participate in continuous improvement actions aimed at process optimization.

Requirements

Technical training in Engineering, ORP, or a related field.
Master's degree in Occupational Risk Prevention (valuable for all 3 specialties).
Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in similar positions in industrial environments and/or construction.
Knowledge of coordinating business activities (CBA).
Experience in construction site safety management.
Knowledge of HSE / QHSE management systems.
Advanced level of Spanish; English is valued.
Profile with analytical capacity, autonomy, influence, and results orientation.
