Route planning and assignment: Organize distribution journeys and assign available vehicles or fleets, optimizing times and costs.

Transport control and monitoring: Perform real-time tracking of vehicles and drivers during journeys to ensure deliveries are made on time and in the correct manner.

Document management: Issue, review, and archive documentation associated with shipments (delivery notes, CMR consignment notes, customs documentation, and route sheets)

.Incident resolution: Immediately manage any operational unforeseen events on the route, delays, accidents, or problems with suppliers and end customers.

Attention and coordination: Maintain direct communication with carriers, the warehouse, and customers to provide information on the status of the goods.

Administrative control and invoicing: Prepare transport quotes, process delivery notes, and maintain control of travel or fuel expenses
