What you'll get

Temporary agency contract for 2 months with the possibility of extension up to 10 months.
Remuneration: Hourly wage 9.685 €/hour. Teleworking is remunerated at 1.68 € per day when started.
Holiday premium when working on Sundays, or holidays on a rotational basis.
Working day: needs to hire 2 Telephone Managers for opening home insurance claims on the afternoon shift from 15:00 to 22:00, working one weekend every 3, and when weekends are worked, they would have Thursday/Friday off before or Monday/Tuesday off after; here, they work the holidays assigned to them by rotation.
Training one week from Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00.
REMOTE WORK: Initially on-site for approximately one month and then hybrid, with 3 days of remote work and two days on-site.

The role

.At Marlex People, we are looking for you! We collaborate with an important Repair Company located in Majadahonda, Madrid that needs to hire 2 Telephone Managers for opening home insurance claims on the afternoon shift from 15:00 to 22:00.

We are looking for Telephone Agents to provide customer service for Home Insurance and perform the opening of claims.

What you'll do

Customer service for policyholders and verification of the contracted policy.
Opening of the claim and sending it to the claims handlers for follow-up and closure.
Information to the customer.
