What we're looking for

Minimum 6 months of experience as a sales teleoperator or in-person sales representative.
Clear customer orientation and a vocation for service.
Native Catalan.
Sales and communication skills.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

Working week of 30 hours from Monday to Friday
Schedule from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
Salary 13.05 gross euros per hour (approx. €1,500 gross per month)
Temporary contract of 3 months + possibility of joining the staff
Paid training.

What you'll do

Within the sales department, you will perform:

· Making and receiving calls to members

· Negotiation of rates and fee payments

· Building loyalty with future members by arguing differentiating aspects and overcoming objections, offering them current promotions

· Offering cross-selling of the company's different products

· Meeting the expectations and needs of the member
