The role

At Marlex, we are collaborating with a company in the Ejea de los Caballeros area that is looking to incorporate a tractor driver into its team on a stable basis.

Operate tractors and agricultural machinery safely and efficiently to perform land preparation, sowing, crop maintenance, application of agricultural products, transport of materials and harvesting, ensuring compliance with established procedures and safety regulations.

What you'll do

Drive and operate tractors and associated agricultural equipment.
Perform soil preparation, plowing, cultivation, sowing, and harvesting tasks.
Transport materials, tools, supplies, and agricultural products within the farm.
Carry out daily machinery inspections before and after use.
Perform basic preventive maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubrication, and checking levels.
Detect and report breakdowns or repair needs.
Comply with occupational safety, risk prevention, and environmental protection regulations.
Maintain records of activities, working hours, and machinery use when required.
Collaborate with the rest of the agricultural staff in field tasks.

How you'll work

Aptitude to remain seated for prolonged periods.
Ability to perform moderate physical effort and handle tools and equipment when necessary.

Requirements

Previous experience in operating tractors and agricultural machinery.
Corresponding driving license according to applicable regulations.
Basic knowledge of mechanics and agricultural machinery maintenance.
Ability to work outdoors and in different weather conditions.
