Your responsibilities will include...
• Inform employees of general hotel information, internal policies, operational procedures, and any relevant department communications.
• Respond to guest inquiries regarding Spa services, treatments, facilities, and retail products.
• Verify guest information and confirm scheduled treatments prior to service delivery.
• Oversee the daily appointment schedule, ensuring the efficient management of bookings, resources, and guest flow.
• Coordinate last-minute schedule changes, resolve booking issues, and ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Actively promote Spa services, treatments, and retail products to support revenue and departmental objectives.
• Manage inventory requests and monitor stock levels of Spa products, supplies, and equipment.
• Inspect work areas, tools, and equipment to ensure compliance with company cleanliness, safety, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with the Engineering department regarding preventive and corrective maintenance needs within the Spa.
• Support management with recruitment, onboarding, training, scheduling, coaching, and employee development activities.
• Lead by example and foster a culture of excellence, professionalism, and outstanding guest service.
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures, company policies, and brand standards.
• Report and document accidents, injuries, incidents, and unsafe working conditions in accordance with company guidelines.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences by anticipating guest needs and providing personalized solutions.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with team members and collaborate effectively with other resort departments.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and implement corrective action plans when necessary to improve performance and guest satisfaction.
• Protect the confidentiality of guest and company information at all times.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors or management.
