Spa Receptionist - Secrets Lanzarote Resort & Spa

You will work at one of the most prestigious resorts in the Canary Islands, surrounded by a privileged setting and with real opportunities for professional growth within an international company.

• Welcome, inform and assist spa clients throughout their entire experience.

• Manage bookings for treatments, massages and wellness services.

• Control access to the facilities and spa circuits.

• Handle queries, requests and incidents, ensuring excellent service.

• Ensure customer satisfaction before, during and after their visit.

• Promote treatments, wellness experiences and spa products.

• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

• Inform about promotions, services and news from the centre.

• Process payments and cash register closing.

• Update customer records and internal logs.

• Monitor stock of products and reception materials.

• Coordinate incidents and operational needs with the Spa team.

• Ensure the proper condition of the facilities, changing rooms and gym.

• Oversee compliance with quality, safety and hygiene standards.

• Collaborate in the daily opening and closing of the centre.

• Previous experience in reception, customer service, wellness, hotels or spa centres.

• English level sufficient to serve international clients.

• Customer orientation and excellent communication skills.

• Organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Experience in selling services or products is a plus.

• Permanent discontinuous contract, full time.

• Gestionar reservas de tratamientos, masajes y servicios de bienestar.

• Gestionar consultas, solicitudes e incidencias garantizando una atención excelente.

• Asegurar la satisfacción del cliente antes, durante y después de su visita.

• Promocionar tratamientos, experiencias wellness y productos del spa.

• Detectar oportunidades de upselling y venta complementaria.

• Informar sobre promociones, servicios y novedades del centro.

• Realizar cobros y cierre de caja.

• Actualizar fichas de clientes y registros internos.

• Controlar el stock de productos y materiales de recepción.

• Coordinar incidencias y necesidades operativas con el equipo de Spa.

• Velar por el correcto estado de las instalaciones, vestuarios y gimnasio.

• Supervisar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad, seguridad e higiene.

• Colaborar en las aperturas y cierres diarios del centro.

• Experiencia previa en recepción, atención al cliente, wellness, hoteles o centros spa.

• Nivel de inglés que permita atender a clientes internacionales.

• Orientación al cliente y excelentes habilidades comunicativas.

• Capacidad organizativa y atención al detalle.

• Valorable experiencia en venta de servicios o productos.

• Contrato fijo discontinuo a jornada completa.
