Are you passionate about customer service and the wellness industry? At Secrets Lanzarote Resort & Spa, an exclusive adults only luxury resort belonging to Hyatt, we are looking to hire a Spa Receptionist to join a team committed to excellence and creating unique experiences for our guests.

Customer service and guest experience
Welcome, inform, and assist spa guests throughout their entire experience.
Manage bookings for treatments, massages, and wellness services.
Control access to the spa facilities and circuits.
Handle inquiries, requests, and incidents, ensuring excellent service.
Ensure guest satisfaction before, during, and after their visit.
Sales and commercial management
Promote spa treatments, wellness experiences, and products.
