What we're looking for

At Mazda, we know we are looking for you because:

You are interested in a part-time internship in the morning, to balance it with your studies (5 hours per day, 25h/week).
You are finishing your University Bachelor's or Master's training in related areas such as Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, and/or Law.
You have a high level of English, at least C1 (a test will be conducted). You feel comfortable working in this language on a daily basis.
You have computer skills at an advanced user level, especially in Excel and the Office suite.
You are especially interested in the motor world and automotive companies, and you would like to develop your career in this sector.
You have the possibility of entering into an internship agreement with your university for at least 6 months, on a part-time basis (ideally, the program will last 1 year, consisting of 2 periods of 6 months).
You want to live the Mazda experience.
You have a valid driver's license.
You have availability to participate in the process and join during the month of September.

Our Crafted in Japan Trainee Program internship offers the possibility of becoming part of one of the Head Office Departments that make up Mazda Automóviles España, through an internship agreement for a duration of up to 1 year. These positions are designed for people who feel passion for the automotive world, who are finishing their University Bachelor's or Master's studies, and who want to start their professional careers in a multinational environment.

See what your day-to-day will be like as a part-time Trainee (5h/day) in the Network Development and Risks areas at Mazda (Head Offices)

What you'll do

You will be fully integrated into both areas with constant and direct contact with the two Managers in charge.

You will have the support and guidance of both managers, who will accompany you throughout your Mazda experience.

You will be able to enjoy your passion for cars and learn from the inside how a premium automotive brand like Mazda works.

For the Network Development area, you will provide support and participate in the preparation, filing, and digitization of contracts. Additionally, you will be in charge of managing registrations, modifications, and incidents in our internal Network data system. You will also follow up on requests for furniture and other assets related to the Network.

Regarding the Network Risk Analysis area, you will have the opportunity to collaborate in the review and accounting of collections and the uploading of unit data and status into the internal tracking system. Likewise, you will participate in the follow-up of approvals for the lifting of liens, and the management and sending of signatures. You will also support the management of technical incidents with the DGT. You will provide support in the follow-up of audits for Mazda dealerships.
