We are looking for a person to join the Parts team, providing support to the team in the administrative and operational management of the area, participating in key processes of invoicing, order tracking, and supplier relations.

The main duties will be:

• Support in the supplier invoicing process through the review and validation of invoicing files sent by suppliers, verifying that delivery notes and data match correctly in the system.

• Control and tracking of documentation, ensuring that all documentation (delivery notes and invoices) is correct and complete, guaranteeing consistency between orders, deliveries, and invoices.

• Management and documentation of internal processes through the preparation and updating of manuals and guides for the invoicing process and incident management, contributing to continuous improvement and process standardization.

• Order tracking and inquiry handling, managing and responding to dealer inquiries through the internal platform and providing support regarding doubts related to orders and their status.

• CRM management and monitoring, including the monthly update and monitoring of the system, as well as the daily registration of delivery notes and their corresponding invoicing.

• Supplier relations through progressive contact with suppliers, participation in meetings, and support in business reviews.

• Participation in new projects and improvement initiatives within the Parts department.
