The role

At Sprinter, we offer you a gateway to your professional future. Our internship program aims to train and develop emerging talent in various business areas. To this end, we have designed a training itinerary in which you will be assigned a tutor who will guarantee the quality of your training, ensuring that you make the most of your experience.

For the Development area within the People department, we are looking to bring in a student to provide support and participate in the technical and operational training of new hires in the JD, as well as to coordinate training sessions and the training plans for all departments.

What you'll do

Support in the management of training activities: preparation of training rooms, sending invitations to trainers and assistants, and collecting information.
Requesting and filing the sign-in sheets for all training sessions held
Preparation and sending of training certificates
Support in requesting travel for attendees
Translation of manuals, templates, and training/informational material in Portuguese/Spanish and English.
Support in managing the Portugal magazine, gathering information from the different departments
