Requirements
What we're looking for
Education: University degree or technical training related to Business Administration and Management, Economics, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
Experience: Professional experience in SAP functional consulting, especially in SAP Ariba and in procurement, supplier management, and sourcing processes.
- Good knowledge of SAP Ariba and experience in at least one of the following modules: SLP (Supplier Lifecycle and Performance), Sourcing, or Buying.
- Good knowledge of Source-to-Contract (S2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
- Experience in functional configuration of SAP Ariba and definition of approval workflows.
- Knowledge of integrations between SAP Ariba and ERP systems.
- Experience in functional analysis and business requirements definition.
- Experience in functional testing and incident resolution.
- Good level of English (minimum B2).
Nice to have
- Experience in various SAP Ariba modules.
- Knowledge of the SAP MM (Materials Management) module.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Procurement.
- Experience with Ariba CIG (Cloud Integration Gateway).
- Knowledge of SAP Integration Suite.
- Knowledge of SAP Business Network.

The role
As a SAP Ariba Functional Analyst, you will have the opportunity to participate in projects for the digitalization and optimization of procurement processes, supplier management, and the transformation of Source-to-Pay processes.
What you'll do
You will be responsible for the analysis of requirements and business processes, functional design, and the configuration of SAP Ariba solutions, working with at least one of its main modules: SLP (Supplier Lifecycle and Performance), Sourcing, or Buying.
You will participate in the configuration of approval workflows, the definition of functional solutions, and the integration of SAP Ariba with ERP systems, collaborating with technical and business teams to ensure efficiency and the correct implementation of processes.
You will also participate in functional testing activities, solution validation, and incident resolution, contributing to the continuous improvement of procurement processes.
You will work in a collaborative environment oriented toward quality and innovation, where you can contribute to digital transformation projects and expand your knowledge within the SAP ecosystem.
