Requirements
What we're looking for
Education: University degree or technical training related to Business Administration and Management, Finance, Accounting, IT, or related disciplines.
Experience: Professional experience in SAP functional consulting, especially in the RE-FX module and in real estate management and lease contract accounting processes.
- Good knowledge of the SAP RE-FX (Real Estate Management) module and experience in its parameterization.
- Knowledge of SAP Real Estate and lease contract management (Lease Contract Management).
- Good knowledge of IFRS 16 accounting principles, especially regarding Right-of-Use Assets and Lease Liabilities.
- Experience in the integration between the SAP RE-FX and SAP FI modules.
- Experience in functional analysis and business requirement definition.
- Experience in functional solution design and testing.
- Good level of English (minimum B2).
Nice to have
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance.
- Knowledge of the SAP FI-AA (Asset Accounting) module.
- Knowledge of SAP Contract and Lease Management.
- Experience in SAP migration projects.
- Experience in implementation projects and the adaptation of solutions to IFRS 16 accounting requirements.

The role
As an SAP RE-FX - IFRS 16 Functional Analyst, you will have the opportunity to participate in implementation, transformation, and process optimization projects related to real estate management and the accounting of lease contracts.
What you'll do
You will be responsible for the analysis of business requirements and processes, the functional design, and the parameterization of the SAP RE-FX (Real Estate Management) module, collaborating on the implementation of solutions that allow for the management of real estate contracts and ensure their correct accounting in accordance with IFRS 16 accounting principles.
You will also participate in integration activities between SAP RE-FX and SAP FI, as well as in the functional testing, solution validation, and incident resolution phases.
You will work in collaboration with technical and business teams, contributing to digital transformation and process optimization projects within the SAP ecosystem.
