We are looking for talent to join our McFamily.

Specifically, we are currently recruiting "Team Members" for our Restaurant, both for customer service and kitchen.

Do you enjoy dealing with people, are you friendly, dynamic and do you enjoy working as part of a team? We want to meet you!

We are looking for a Customer Experience Person (CEP) who is service-oriented, with communication skills and a focus on customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

Handle and follow up on customer enquiries, requests and complaints.
· Provide clear and timely information about products and/or services.
· Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and propose solutions in the restaurant.
· Maintain high standards of quality in customer service and loyalty building.
