The role

At Temps, we select professionals to join our catering team in Marbella, providing services for audiovisual shoots. We are looking for proactive people with a great capacity for teamwork and immediate availability to join a dynamic and demanding environment. This project, which will extend at least until the end of July, offers an excellent opportunity to develop professionally in the event catering sector.

We are looking for staff to fill the following positions:

Catering Assistants: General support in all service tasks, assembly and disassembly of catering areas, replenishment of food and beverages, customer service, and maintenance of order and cleanliness.
Kitchen Porters: In charge of cleaning and maintaining crockery, cutlery, glassware, and kitchen utensils. Ensuring hygiene and order in the work areas.
Kitchen Assistants: Direct collaboration with cooks in food preparation, mise en place, basic cooking, stock control, and cleaning of the kitchen area.
Cooks: Responsible for the planning, preparation, and presentation of menus. Management of raw materials, quality control, supervision of the kitchen team, and compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations.

Maintain the quality and hygiene standards defined by the company and the client.
Collaborate actively with the rest of the team to guarantee the smooth running of the service.
