The role

Currently, in the Operations and Aftersales department, we are looking for a Safety, Modernization and Process Improvement Consultant for our Cornellà de Llobregat headquarters.

What you'll do

Analysis and evaluation of risks for machinery and automated warehouses.
Safety validation.
Analysis of processes and workflows.
Analysis of components (hardware, software, electronic, mechanical).
Generation of improvement proposals:
- Recommended preventive measures.
- Essential measures according to regulations.
- Process improvement.
- Modernization/updating of components.

What are the minimum requirements?

Specialized training in Risk Prevention, Industrial Safety, or similar.
2 years of work experience in a position of sufficient seniority to allow for the development of the work.
Knowledge and experience in EN 528 stacker crane regulations.
Knowledge and experience in EN 619 continuous handling equipment and systems regulations.
Industrial automation.
Industrial maintenance.
Understanding of electrical diagrams and mechanical drawings.
Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic devices.
Knowledge of control systems (SCADA).
MS Office.
High English level, minimum C1.
