Senior OHS Technician - Health and Safety Coordinator (Algeciras)

• Degree in Technical Architecture or Engineering Technical to understand the technical complexity of projects.

• A Master's in PRL (3 specializations) and the specific course for Health and Safety Coordinator (200h) are essential, as they are the legal foundation of your role.

• Solid Experience: We are looking for someone with 2 to 4 years of experience in an SPA, who has combined the technical office with real-world site work. This experience will give you the autonomy to make sound decisions from day one.

• Digital Skills: You will feel comfortable using Office 365, CRM, Prevengos, and CAE platforms, optimizing your time and the quality of your work.

• Mobility: To be where our clients need us, you will need a driver's license and availability to travel within the Algeciras area.

We are looking for an Occupational Risk Prevention Technician who occasionally coordinates health and safety for projects to join our team in the Algeciras area. If you are a person who enjoys autonomy, direct contact with the client, and technical challenges in worksites and construction, this is your project.

In your day-to-day role, you won't just manage documents; you will be the guarantor of safety on large-scale projects:

• Lead Technical Prevention: You will carry out SPA activities (assessments and planning) to raise safety standards in industry and construction, ensuring every worker returns home safely.

• Excellence in the Technical Office: You will draft high-quality technical documentation, turning regulatory rigor into useful and precise tools for real-world operations.

• Strategic Coordination (CAE): You will manage the coordination of business activities, a key piece for ensuring smooth and safe coexistence of multiple companies on large projects.

• Safety on Site (CSS): You will take on Health and Safety Coordination duties, participating in coordination meetings and site visits where your judgment will be essential for decision-making.

• Technical Voice for the Client: You will be the trusted point of contact for our clients, providing preventive solutions and close, value-added advice that makes a difference in service delivery.

• Support for Health and Training: You will coordinate occupational health surveillance and strengthen the preventive culture through technical training.
