Senior Process Transformation and Improvement Consultant

• Bring at least five years of experience in process consulting, operational transformation, efficiency, or change management, preferably in banking, financial services, or large corporate environments.
• Have demonstrable experience in end-to-end process analysis and redesign, from initial diagnosis to implementation and results measurement.
• Master continuous improvement and project management methodologies, especially Lean, BPM, PMO, and Business Analysis.
• Be able to define indicators, analyze operational information, and turn data into concrete improvement proposals.
• Have experience in preparing functional documentation, procedures, process models, executive presentations, and monitoring materials.
• Demonstrate the ability to coordinate teams and stakeholders without direct hierarchical dependence, facilitating agreements and managing priorities.
• Hold a university degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems, or other related disciplines.
• Have a professional level of Spanish and English for working with documentation, teams, or international counterparts.

• Bring prior experience in transformation projects within the banking, insurance, or financial sector.
• Have additional training in project management, process management, digital transformation, an MBA, or a specialized master's degree.
• Have experience with process modeling tools, data analysis, or project monitoring (to be confirmed).
• Be familiar with internal control frameworks, regulatory compliance, or risk management applicable to regulated organizations.

At AVOS Tech, we are looking for a Senior Consultant for Transformation and Process Improvement to lead operational optimization initiatives and the evolution of working models in corporate environments, especially those related to banking and services. The position will combine business analysis, process redesign, project management, and change management support, working with multidisciplinary teams and high-level stakeholders. The goal will be to improve efficiency, quality, control, and user experience through sustainable and measurable solutions.

• Lead the analysis, design, and redesign of end-to-end processes, identifying opportunities for simplification, automation, and improvement of operational efficiency.
• Define process maps, workflows, roles, controls, and functional documentation that enable standardizing operations and facilitating their evolution.
• Establish performance indicators, dashboards, and monitoring mechanisms to measure time, quality, cost, compliance, and service levels.
• Drive process governance models, coordinating the involved areas and ensuring alignment among business, operations, technology, and risks.
• Manage transformation and continuous improvement projects under Lean, BPM, and PMO approaches, ensuring planning, monitoring, risks, dependencies, and milestone compliance.
• Design and execute change management plans to promote the adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working by teams.
• Coordinate the definition of business requirements, functional validations, and user testing in initiatives with a technological component.
• Ensure that proposed processes address regulatory needs, operational traceability, and internal controls typical of financial or corporate environments.
