About the role

From Meliá Castilla, we are looking for an intern to provide support to the Food and Beverage department (F&B), collaborating on administrative tasks, monitoring daily operations, and gaining an overall view of the management of one of the hotel's key departments.

What you'll do

During the internship, you will have the opportunity to participate in the following functions:

  • Support in preparing and updating departmental management reports.
  • Collaboration in collecting and analyzing data related to F&B operations (costs, productivity, and customer satisfaction).

  • Support in preparing documentation required for daily operations.
