The role

What you'll do

  • Participate in the design and evolution of the sales models for the different store sections.
  • Analyze and propose improvements in the layout of commercial spaces to optimize the shopping experience and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate in the definition of standards for furniture, equipment, finishes, and installations.
  • Develop procedures, guides, and technical documentation that allow for the homogeneous implementation of the defined models.
  • Work transversally with the Purchasing, Works, Architecture, Engineering, Operations, and Sales areas.
  • Participate in the development, monitoring, and validation of pilot tests and new commercial concepts.

Availability to travel and move nationally and internationally.
