Schedule: Teleworking option. Mon - Thu from 08:00 to 15:00 and from 16:00 to 18:00. Fri from 08:00 to 14:30. During Christmas and summer, intensive working hours.

The role

At Michael Page, we are looking for a medical products purchasing-sales technician to manage the complete purchasing cycle, coordinating procurement, logistics, stock control, customer service, and commercial support to guarantee product availability and correct distribution.

What you'll do

Your main functions as a purchasing technician in Valencia will be:

* Management of national and international purchase orders.
- Imports: freight forwarders, shipments, customs, delivery notes, invoices.
- Logistic tracking until receipt in the warehouse.
- Incident management.* Management and tracking of sales orders:
- Recording of orders and returns.
- Updating of rates.
- Invoicing and logistic tracking.
- Incident management.* Stock and expiry control.
- Inventory reports.
- Evaluation of supply risks and corrective proposals.* Preparation and tracking of sales quotes.* Customer service (telephone and email).
- Management of claims and inquiries.* Support to the sales commercial network.* Historical sales analysis, data filtering, preparation of reports and commercial strategy proposals.* Coordination with the Commercial, Financial, and Warehouse departments.

Intermediate English

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

Higher Vocational Training (CFGS) in Administration.
Experience of 2 to 5 years in a similar position.
Experience with ERP Navision.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Minimum English level B2.
