Schedule: 18 hours per week.
Schedule: Monday to Saturdays, alternating weeks from 16:30 to 19:30 and from 17:30 to 20:30.

What you'll do
You will be part of a dynamic, results-oriented team, contributing to making every customer visit a pleasant experience.
📋 Your key responsibilities
Attend, advise, and build loyalty with our customers.
Drive sales by monitoring KPIs (average ticket, UPT, conversion).
Care for the store: replenishment, organization, cleaning, and visual merchandising.
Manage stock: reception, labeling, and replenishment on the sales floor.
Cashier operations and opening, balancing, and closing procedures.

The role
We are looking for a Sales Assistant for our store in Alcañiz (Teruel), for a 18-hour weekly schedule in the afternoon shifts.
Requirements and skills we value
Commercial profile: customer and sales objective orientation, positive attitude, energy and teamwork; passion for fashion/footwear.
Schedule availability to be able to cover the store's needs (weekends and shifts).
Previous experience is valued in retail (fashion/footwear is a plus).
Familiarity with commercial KPIs; however, if you don't master them, we will train you!
