The role
Job description
We are looking for an Ali/ Non-Ali Assistant - rotating morning/afternoon shifts to join our Makro Alcorcón team. Below, we tell you all the details of the role:
Your mission; you will assist customers, sell and maintain the section in optimal condition in order to support the achievement of the objectives established for the center.
What you'll do
- Serve and advise customers to ensure their satisfaction and boost sales.
- You will recommend products to optimize rotation between sections.
- You will fulfill commercial objectives, driving sales growth.
- Manage products and in-store presentation, ensuring proper supply and maintenance of the point of sale.
- Oversee department operations, monitoring shrinkage, inventory, and critical quality points.
How you'll work
Please note that you will work in rotating morning and afternoon shifts, with the morning shift from 7:00 to 14:20 and the afternoon shift from 13:40 to 21:00.
Organizational Level
- You will report to your Section Head.
- You will not have a team under your supervision.
