The role
🎯The role
We are looking for a Sales Assistant for our store located in Blanes (Girona), for a 20-hour weekly schedule in the afternoon shift.
You will be part of a dynamic, results-oriented team, contributing to making every customer visit a pleasant experience.
What you'll do
📋 Your key responsibilities
Attend, advise, and build loyalty with our customers.
Drive sales by monitoring KPIs (average ticket, UPT, conversion).
Care for the store: replenishment, organization, cleaning, and visual merchandising.
Manage stock: reception, labeling, and replenishment on the sales floor.
Cashier operations and opening, balancing, and closing procedures.

Position: Footwear, accessories, and complements Sales Assistant.
Store: Merkal Blanes (Av. d'Europa, 41)
Schedule: 20 hours per week
Hours: Monday to Friday from 17:30 to 20:30 and Saturdays from 15:30 to 20:30
Contract: temporary.
Compensation: fixed salary according to collective agreement + variable based on store objectives.
