• Demonstrable experience of at least 4 years as an Architect or Senior Developer on the Appian platform.

As an APPIAN Architect, you will be a key piece in the design, development, and implementation of business solutions on the Appian platform. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the technical design of complex solutions in Appian, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
• Collaborating closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements.
• Guiding and mentoring development teams in Appian platform best practices.
• Performing code and architecture reviews to guarantee the quality and efficiency of the developed solutions.
• Participating in the definition of the strategy for the adoption and evolution of the Appian platform within the organization.
• Identifying and proposing continuous improvements in development processes and solution architecture.
• Staying up to date on the latest news and functionalities of Appian and other relevant technologies.
