What we're looking for

Essential knowledge (technology)

Basic knowledge of information systems: API, web services, JSON, and databases. Experience in resolving support requests and level 1 incidents, escalation to level 2, functional testing via REST requests, regression testing, and test data preparation.
Experience in the healthcare sector, requirements gathering, updating functional documentation, analyzing improvements and new services, monitoring metrics and KPIs, and accompanying providers and the client in onboarding to the platform. Experience in the public sector or CTTI and knowledge of medical interoperability, software lifecycle, and Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies will be valued.
Experience in leadership and coordination of teams of between 2 and 4 people, ability to work in a team, proactivity, customer orientation and problem-solving, analytical capacity, and verbal and written communication skills.
Intermediate level Catalan, essential.

Nice to have

Public sector experience.
Basic knowledge of the software lifecycle.
Basic knowledge of agile and/or waterfall methodology.

The role

At Métrica España, we are looking for an API Functional Consultant (Argos) with at least 3 years of solid experience to join our team on a project for the public sector.

What you'll do

The API Functional Consultant will be responsible for a wide range of key tasks for the success of the project, including:

Resolving platform support requests.
Development and execution of functional tests (REST requests).
Capturing functional requirements for the health data platform components.
Updating project functional documentation (onboarding manual, functional design, requirements analysis...).
Analyzing improvements and proposing new health data platform services.
Resolving level 1 incidents and managing escalation to level 2. Supporting the technical team with the preparation of test data.
Regression testing during deployments.
Metrics analysis and proactive incident detection.
Accompanying providers and the client in onboarding to the platform.
Extraction and preparation of key metrics and KPIs.
