Senior Functional Analyst

At Experis, we are looking to incorporate into our consulting projects department a person with experience as a Senior Functional Analyst (M/F/X) (SQL and Agile Methodologies). 100% Remote

We are looking for a Senior Functional Analyst to participate in requirements gathering, functional analysis, and solution definition within an agile working environment.

Functions:
Requirements gathering and functional analysis of new projects and evolutions.
Preparation of functional documentation (use cases, diagrams, prototypes, and specifications).
Definition and monitoring of functional requirements.
Preparation and execution of functional test plans.
Validation of developed functionalities together with the technical team.
Participation in continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:
More than 4 years of experience as a Functional Analyst.
Experience in requirements gathering and preparation of functional documentation.
Experience with management and tracking tools such as Jira, Confluence, Redmine, Remedy, Service Manager, PPM, SharePoint, or similar.
Knowledge of database design and SQL (queries, data analysis, and modeling).
Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban).

Valuable:
Knowledge of REST APIs, web services, or programming.
English level.
Analytical capacity, attention to detail, and good communication skills.

Conditions:
Modality: 100% remote within Spain.
Flexible schedule with entry from 8:30 to 10:00, with one hour for lunch, and exit from 18:15 onwards. It is 8:45 hours from Monday to Thursday.

Intensive working day every Friday of the year and during summer. We have 6 hours. Flexible schedule with entry from 8:45 to 10:00 and exit from 14:45 to 16:00.
