IT Demand & Project Manager (IT Infrastructure)

• Experience: Minimum of 5 to 6 years of demonstrable experience in IT project management or coordination of technological initiatives.
• Technology Infrastructure: Solid experience in technology infrastructure environments and/or IT services.
• Coordination: Proven experience in the coordination of multidisciplinary teams and provider management.
• Banking Environment: Valuable experience in banking environments or regulated sectors, understanding the criticality and specific requirements of these industries.

• Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or similar
• Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2) will be highly valued.

The main objective of this role is to ensure the correct management of technological demands, playing a fundamental role in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects linked to various areas of the IT infrastructure. We are looking for a professional capable of guaranteeing rigorous compliance with established deadlines, maximum quality in deliveries, and the optimization of resources.

• Coordinate and manage technological demands, acting as the central point of contact between business areas and technical infrastructure teams.
• Lead the detailed planning of projects, defining scopes, objectives, schedules, budgets, and necessary resources.
• Supervise project execution, ensuring adherence to defined management methodologies and performing proactive monitoring of milestones and deliverables.
• Manage the prioritization of requirements and demands, evaluating their impact and alignment with the technological strategy and business objectives.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (internal and external) and providers, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring the achievement of common objectives.
• Identify and manage project risks, implementing mitigation plans to minimize their impact.
• Effectively communicate the status of projects and demands to all stakeholders, including senior management.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and IT governance policies in all initiatives under their responsibility.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of demand management and project management processes.

• IT Infrastructure Fundamentals: Solid knowledge of technology infrastructure components and services.
• Project Management: Mastery of project management and monitoring phases, tools, and techniques.
• Demand Management: Ability to manage demand and prioritize requirements effectively.
• Methodologies: Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
• Tools: Proficiency in project planning and monitoring tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Confluence, etc.).
• IT Governance: General knowledge of IT governance processes and their application in project management.
