Requirements

What we're looking for

More than 5 years of demonstrable professional experience working with data or observability technologies.
Solid experience in the implementation, configuration, evolution, and/or migration of platforms based on Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana).
Significant experience with Elastic Cloud Enterprise (ECE) and/or Elastic Cloud on Kubernetes (ECK).
Deep knowledge in the design and operation of observability platforms, including the management of large volumes of data.
Proven experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Experience in container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes and/or OpenShift.
Knowledge and experience in automation and platform integration tools and methodologies (IaC, CI/CD).
Ability to define effective dashboards and exploit data to obtain valuable insights.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Nice to have

Official Elastic certifications.
Experience with other monitoring and observability tools.
Scripting knowledge (Python, Bash).
Experience in high availability and disaster recovery environments.

Metrica España is looking to incorporate a Senior Elastic Stack (ELK) with more than 6 years of experience into its team to join our constantly growing project.

If you are a professional passionate about data technologies and observability, with a solid track record in the management and optimization of Elastic Stack platforms, we invite you to become part of our team.

What you'll do

Design, implement, configure, evolve, and migrate platforms based on Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana).
Manage and optimize the Elastic Stack infrastructure, ensuring its performance, scalability, and high availability.
Develop and implement comprehensive observability solutions, covering logs, metrics, and traces.
Administer and maintain Elastic Cloud Enterprise (ECE) and/or Elastic Cloud on Kubernetes (ECK).
Collaborate in the design and operation of complex data architectures, handling large volumes of information.
Work in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestration platforms (Kubernetes, OpenShift).
Implement and use automation tools and methodologies (IaC, CI/CD) for platform management.
Define and create effective dashboards in Kibana for data visualization and analysis.
Extract valuable insights from the collected data, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
Perform advanced troubleshooting and resolution of complex incidents in the Elastic Stack environment.
Stay updated on the latest trends and news in the Elastic ecosystem and related technologies.
Document architectures, configurations, and operating procedures.
