Butcher Advisor - Palma de Mallorca (Rotating morning/afternoon shifts)

We are looking for a Butcher Advisor to join our team at Makro Palma de Mallorca. Below, we tell you all the details of the role.

Your mission: you will collaborate with the Section Sales Manager to increase sales and achieve the center's goals, through your specific knowledge of the products and your relationship with customers.

Your functions:

• You will manage and advise customers with the aim of ensuring their satisfaction and sales growth, and you may even accompany commercial managers on customer visits.
• You will get to know the market in depth, including the products in your section, suppliers, competition, and prices, to suggest adaptation measures.
• You will collaborate in the management of the section (assortment, layout, stock, shrinkage, obsolete products, margins) to meet the set targets.
• You will propose commercial offers in collaboration with the Section Sales Manager.
• You will coordinate the team together with the Section Manager to ensure compliance with protocols and achievement of set goals.

At an organizational level:

• You will report to the Butchery Sales Manager.
• You will coordinate a team of 7 people.

What are we looking for in you?

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in butchery sections or similar positions in the food sector, as well as experience in team management.
• Experience in selling fresh products, preferably meat products, with direct customer advisory.
• Knowledge of office tools.
• Food handler certificate.
• Good leadership, communication, problem-solving, organizational skills, and a customer- and results-oriented mindset will be valued.

Please note that you will work rotating morning and afternoon shifts.

Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Asesor/a de Carnicería para unirse a nuestro equipo de Makro Palma de Mallorca. A continuación, te contamos todos los detalles del rol.

Tu misión; colaborarás con el Jefe/a de Ventas de la Sección para incrementar las ventas y lograr los objetivos del centro, a través de tu conocimiento específico de los productos y la relación con los clientes.

Tus funciones:

• Gestionarás y asesorarás a los clientes con el objetivo de asegurar su satisfacción y el crecimiento en ventas, pudiendo incluso acompañar a gestores comerciales en visitas a cliente.
• Conocerás a fondo el mercado, incluyendo los productos de tu sección, los proveedores, la competencia y los precios, para sugerir medidas de adaptación.
• Colaborarás en la gestión de la sección (surtido, layout, stock, mermas, obsoletos, márgenes) para cumplir los objetivos fijados.
• Propondrás ofertas comerciales en colaboración con el Jefe/a de Ventas de la Sección.
• Coordinarás al equipo junto con el Jefe de Sección para el cumplimiento de protocolos y logro de objetivos marcados

A nivel organizativo:

• Reportarás al Jefe/a de Ventas de Carnicería.
• Coordinarás a un equipo de 7 personas.

¿Qué buscamos en ti?

• Experiencia mínima de 2 años en secciones de carnicería o puestos similares en el sector de la alimentación, así como experiencia en gestión de equipos.
• Experiencia en venta de productos frescos, preferiblemente producto cárnico, con asesoramiento directo al cliente.
• Conocimiento de herramientas de ofimática.
• Carnet de manipulador de alimentos.
• Se valorará poseer buenas habilidades de liderazgo, comunicación, resolución, organización, orientación al cliente y a resultados.

Ten en cuenta que trabajarás en turnos rotativos de mañana y tarde.
