Requirements

What we're looking for

Minimum previous experience of at least 1 year in customer service, customer management, and administrative tasks in logistics environments. Use of PDA or other warehouse tools (manual pallet jack, RF, etc.).
Experience in dealing with commercial and sales force teams of retail and/or delivery and last-mile companies
Have your own vehicle.

The role

We are looking for a Logistics Customer Service (FSD Support) professional to join the logistics team at Plataforma Málaga. Below, we tell you all the details of the role:

Your mission; you will efficiently manage the attention and communication to customers, in the resolution of incidents and problems related to the FSD (Delivery) service.

What you'll do

Your main duties:

You will be responsible for support in tasks such as: order invoicing, coordination of delivery priorities, and order management.
You will manage the relationship with customers regarding the onboarding of new sign-ups or the resolution of incidents related to transport.
You will support the cash desk activity to guarantee correct invoicing, cash balancing, and the opening and closing of cash desks.

At an organizational level:

You will report to the FSD (Delivery) Supervisor.
No team under their supervision.

How you'll work

Please note that there are three positions, working days in rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday and local holidays in the following schedule; Morning: 6:00 am to 2:00 pm; Afternoon: 12:40 pm to 8:40 pm: or 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm.
