The role
We are looking for a Butchery Assistant to join our team at Makro Castellón. Below, we tell you all the details of the role:
Your mission; you will assist customers, sell and maintain the section in optimal condition in order to support the achievement of the objectives established for the center.
What you'll do
- Serve and advise customers to ensure their satisfaction and boost sales.
- You will recommend butcher products to optimize rotation between sections
- You will fulfill commercial objectives, driving sales growth.
- Manage products and in-store presentation, ensuring proper supply and maintenance of the point of sale.
- You will control the operations of the section, supervising shrinkage, inventories and critical quality points.
How you'll work
Please note that the working day consists of rotating shifts from Monday to Saturday from 6:00 to 14:30h and from 13:30 to 21:00hs. Sundays and holidays when the store is open.
At an organizational level
- You will report to the Sales and Operations Manager of the business center.
- No team under their supervision.
