The role
We are looking for a Butchery/Dairy Assistant to join our team at Makro Barajas. Below, we will tell you all the details of the role:
Your mission; you will serve customers, sell and maintain the section in optimal condition in order to support the achievement of the objectives established for the center.
What you'll do
- Serve and advise customers to ensure their satisfaction and boost sales.
- You will recommend butchery/dairy products to optimize rotation between sections.
- You will fulfill commercial objectives, driving sales growth.
- Manage products and in-store presentation, ensuring proper supply and maintenance of the point of sale.
- You will control the operations of the section, supervising shrinkage, inventories and critical quality points.
How you'll work
- Part-time employment of 36 hours per week, in rotating morning and afternoon shifts.
- Temporary contract for substitution.
At an organizational level
- You will report to the Sales and Operations Manager and the Commercial Manager.
