What we're looking for

2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, Marketplace Marketing, or a related field.
Experience working with marketplace or wholesale business models; knowledge of Amazon and/or Zalando is a strong plus.
Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting data and translating insights into actions.
Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
Collaborative mindset with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Proactive, results-driven approach with a passion for Digital Commerce and marketplaces.

The role

Metyis is growing! We are looking for a Marketplace Marketing Analyst with 2+ years of experience to join our Digital Commerce team in Madrid.

What you'll do

Execute marketplace marketing strategies and retail media campaigns aligned with sales and business objectives.
Manage and optimize branding and performance campaigns across marketplaces and e-tailers.
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and key KPIs, providing actionable recommendations.
Coordinate creative assets, content alignment, and influencer activations to ensure consistency with brand guidelines.
Build and maintain strong relationships with marketplace partners, clients, and internal stakeholders.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, campaign performance, and overall marketplace execution.
