Requirements

What we're looking for

More than 3 years of experience in performance marketing, e-commerce, and payment methods.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Google Shopping.
Knowledge of affiliate/CPS programs and paid social media advertising.
Strong analytical skills and knowledge of Google Analytics and Excel.

Nice to have

Residence near the workplace is valued.

Education & certifications

University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Languages

Fluent spoken and written Chinese and English.

The role

We are looking for an E-commerce Marketing Specialist with more than three years of experience to join a leading multinational company in the telecommunications sector, based in Las Tablas (Madrid), in order to perform the following functions:

What you'll do

- Manage and optimize SEM, Google Shopping, affiliates/CPS, and paid social media campaigns.

- Plan budgets and media strategies for product launches and promotional campaigns.

- Monitor ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR, and overall campaign performance.

- Optimize audiences, media mix, and budget allocation.

- Coordinate agencies, media partners, and creative resources.

- Ensure campaign accuracy through quality controls and periodic performance analysis.

- Among other tasks inherent to the job position.
