The role

We are looking for temporary Sales Associates for the Christmas campaign at ECI Plaza Cataluña, with energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for fashion and customer service.

As part of our team, you will be an ambassador for Michael Kors and you will contribute to creating a personalized and memorable shopping experience, achieving commercial objectives, and maintaining the brand's standards of excellence, image, and operations.

Position details

Location: ECI Plaza Cataluña, Barcelona.
Contract: Temporary, from November 20, 2026, to January 10, 2027.
Working day: 16 hours per week, distributed between 8 hours on Saturdays and 8 hours on Sundays.
Schedule: Reinforcement shifts, mainly during afternoons and peak commercial hours.

YOUR PROFILE

Experience in sales, preferably in fashion, luxury, or retail, and a passion for offering exceptional customer service.
Result orientation and the ability to actively contribute to the achievement of commercial objectives.
Proactive attitude, enthusiasm, and ease of working in a team within a dynamic environment.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to establish authentic and lasting relationships with customers.
Passion for fashion, luxury, and the Michael Kors universe.
Flexibility, commitment, and availability to work during the Christmas campaign.
