At PUMA we are looking for a Sales Associate to work at El Corte Inglés Av. Francia for 33 hours per week with a temporary contract to cover a long-term medical leave. Your main responsibilities will be:

·Ensure individual performance that consistently meets or exceeds sales goals, KPIs, and profitability, through the PUMA brand values.
·Provide high standards of customer experience in the store, in accordance with our values.
·Support the processing of product intake and outflow in the store.
·Perform merchandise replenishment, according to the sales generated.
·Guarantee the execution and maintenance of all visual guidelines, as well as guarantee that the visual presentation of the store always meets or exceeds PUMA standards.
·Attend and successfully complete all required training for the role.
·Support the correct implementation of promotional activities in the store.
·Maintain the physical condition of the store according to the relevant guidelines and communicate store maintenance needs in a timely manner.
·Ensure the prevention of product loss in the store, through compliance with PUMA Policies and Procedures.

·1-2 years of previous experience in a sales role.
·Ability to exceed sales goals.
·Ability to deliver high standards of customer service.

·Effective communication.
·English is a plus.
